Yoga and Meditation classes in Sutton Coldfield
In every class you will do appropriate warm ups, yoga postures, yoga breathing (pranayama) deep relaxation (yoga nidra) and meditation (dhyana).
Yoga is non competitive and everything you do in class is done to your personal ability. You will not be asked to do anything that isn’t right for you.
The meditation we do is based on the yogic style, stilling the body and mind through yoga nidra, pranayama and breath awareness.
These sessions are held on a monthly basis on Saturday mornings 11.00 am – 1.00 pm.
Suitable for beginners and those with experience.
Yoga Teacher Training
Our course will provide you with a comprehensive, theoretical and hands-on training programme. This will give you well-grounded teaching skills to make you an effective yoga teacher.
I believe that Yoga is for everyone, no matter what age, ability or background. All are welcome from beginners to experienced.
Over the years I have seen how Yoga has helped many people become healthier, calmer with an improved sense of wellbeing. It is a system designed to address the whole person - body mind and spirit.
Inner Light Yoga classes are done in a safe, relaxed and friendly atmosphere which is non-competitive and inclusive to all.
Classes include yoga postures (asana), simple breathing practices (pranayama) deep relaxation (yoga nidra) and meditation (dhyana). Yoga will give you better health, increased energy levels, inner peace and an awareness of the spiritual Self.
