Nowhere can man find a quieter and more untroubled retreat than in his own soul

Marcus Aurelius

Meditation is a state where the mind becomes peaceful and rests in a ‘thoughtless’ state. In yoga this is called being ‘one pointed’.

The awareness rests in the present moment where we can become the observer of the mind. In this stillness we find a deep peace where we are truly connected to ourselves.
