Meditation is a state where the mind becomes peaceful and rests in a ‘thoughtless’ state. In yoga this is called being ‘one pointed’.
The awareness rests in the present moment where we can become the observer of the mind. In this stillness we find a deep peace where we are truly connected to ourselves.
Its benefits are numerous including:

The meditation we do is based on the yogic style, stilling the body and mind through yoga nidra, pranayama and breath awareness.
These sessions are held on a monthly basis on Saturday mornings 11.00 am – 1.00 pm.
Suitable for beginners and those with experience.
